For warranty related requests go to “Online Service Request” to fill out the form and submit electronically.  The form is also available in a downloadable form if you would prefer to print it and either fax or mail it back to us.  If the form doesn’t address your specific warranty issue or you are wanting a status update on a previous request you can email those requests to:  warranty@triconhomes.com
